The turnip tops Orogel lend themselves to numerous uses in the kitchen: boiled and seasoned with a vinaigrette, or simply with oil and lemon. Their most classic use is found in the orecchiette with Cime di Rapa, a typical Apulian dish. Thanks to the exclusive production process Cubello Foglia Più, Orogel brings to your kitchens the most tender turnip greens, delicately laid one on top of the other and frozen intact without "stressing" them.
