Alce Nero organic honey from mixed blossom is 100% Italian. It is amber coloured and naturally crystallized. The aroma and flavour change according to the flowers harvested. After mechanical centrifugation extraction, the honey is cold decanted, filtered and then packaged. It is always processed at below 50 degree. Honey from mixed blossom is versatile and suitable for use with hot drinks or for spreading on bread. Conservation Method: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
