Known locally as Castelvetrano olives, they are created using a traditional 10-day Castelvetrano technique, ensuring their freshness and crisp texture. To preserve the olives` vibrant green colour and firm texture, they are plucked from the Italian Olea sativa trees just before they are fully ripe. Rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. Olives are incredibly versatile as a snack, an appetiser, or a pizza topping.
