Fontina is a cheese made with fresh cow milk, according to a centuries-old technique. The maturing is done in natural caves and air-conditioned warehouses at a temperature of 5 - 12°C and at least 90% humidity to give that unmistakable taste to this antipasti favourite. Semi-hard cheese from the region of Valle D`Aosta, Italy. Made with cow raw milk which gives it a slightly sweet flavour. Great for antipasti or as a table cheese.
